I strive to use my expertise in order to create a comfortable and safe environment for you.


Since I started practicing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I have helped  people get through stressful challenges by questioning negative thoughts and understanding the source of specific behaviours and emotional patterns. With the right tools and a better approach to situations, I guarantee a better outlook on any issues that life brings your way. Experience

Schahrazed Khaies developed knowledge and skills in supporting individuals who were experiencing mental health difficulties; including delivering manualised CBT interventions for low self-esteem, depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety and OCD. 

Within her clinical roles, she has been afforded the opportunity to work with a varied population which provided her with an understanding of how challenging life can be as well as helping vulnerable people navigate those challenges.

Schahrazed naturally calming nature and empathetic way of being as proven to be of use when working with many clients.

What CBT is

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by linking your thoughts to how they impact your feelings/emotions and behaviours. Negative thoughts and feeling can trap you in a vicious cycle and CBT aims to make you notice those unhelpful patterns and help you change them to ultimately become your own therapist.
